Coaching Approach

My coaching approach is whole-person, developmental, and transition-focused, informed by adult development theory and organizational consulting. Engagements begin with an initial assessment to understand goals, context, and desired outcomes. Together, we establish clear objectives, design implementation plans, and address challenges as they arise.

Typical engagements run three to six months, allowing time for experimentation, reflection, and integration. Progress is reviewed regularly, and goals may be refined as new insights emerge. Flexible arrangements are available, from short-term engagements to ongoing coaching partnerships.
